Instructions
Directions for Homemade Alfredo Sauce
Heat Olive Oil (or Butter) in a large pan over Med-High heat
Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring occasionally
Sprinkle with flour, stirring to combine, and sauté for an additional minute
Slowly add Chicken Broth, whisking to combine until smooth
Whisk in Milk and bring mixture to a simmer
Let cook an additional minute or until thickened
Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper, until Cheese is melted
Directions for Baked Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Spray a 9" X 13" Pan with Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Cook Ziti Noodles "Al Dente" and then drain
Return Pasta to the pot and add the Chicken Alfredo Sauce
Gently toss, to combine, until Pasta is coated
Pour half of the Pasta into the coated pan
Sprinkle with 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Layer remaining Pasta on top of the Cheese
Sprinkle with remaining Cheese
Bake 20-25 Minutes, until Cheese is melted
Notes
Serve Immediately and Refrigerate any leftovers
