Baked Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta

Ingredients
Chicken Pasta
- 12 Oz Ziti Noodles
- 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Homemade Alfredo Sauce
- 1 Tblsp Olive Oil or Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 3 Tblsp Flour
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Directions for Homemade Alfredo Sauce
- Heat Olive Oil (or Butter) in a large pan over Med-High heat
- Add Garlic and sauté for 1 minute, stirring occasionally
- Sprinkle with flour, stirring to combine, and sauté for an additional minute
- Slowly add Chicken Broth, whisking to combine until smooth
- Whisk in Milk and bring mixture to a simmer
- Let cook an additional minute or until thickened
- Stir in Parmesan Cheese, Salt and Pepper, until Cheese is melted
Directions for Baked Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Spray a 9" X 13" Pan with Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Cook Ziti Noodles "Al Dente" and then drain
- Return Pasta to the pot and add the Chicken Alfredo Sauce
- Gently toss, to combine, until Pasta is coated
- Pour half of the Pasta into the coated pan
- Sprinkle with 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Layer remaining Pasta on top of the Cheese
- Sprinkle with remaining Cheese
- Bake 20-25 Minutes, until Cheese is melted

Serve Immediately and Refrigerate any leftovers
